Should I apply to this college with 88.82 percentile in CAT as its cut-off is 90 percentile?

The risk is yours. Every year, the cut-off changes. If money is not much of a concern for you then you can apply. All the best.

It is difficult without 90 percentile. Also, the deadline has exhausted. It was January 28.

You can still apply as the cut-off or its weightage may change. Until last year, the cut off was 90 percentile for both CAT and XAT.
