Should I attend the counselling of KJC for BA with Journalism, Political Science and English Literature?

I dropped out from B.Sc degree to pursue in BA, is that an obstacle in any way? I haven't received the call latter but the college announced the date ie.17th May.

Dear Twinkle, You should attend the counselling of KJC for BA. If you are not sure about your call latter, please you yourself confirm it. If you attend the counselling of KJC you will aware about the necessary information about it.
