All qualified candidates can attend WBJEE counselling. If they do not have their required documents at time of registration, they have to submit it before last date. If candidates do not submit it before final date, then their admission will be cancelled.

Hello Shrimantha, You can apply for the counselling but during the verification of document your chances are there to get rejected, however it is preferable for you to clear all your subjects before looking forward to take admission in any colleges.
