Should I choose AKGEC for IT or KIET for CSI branch in terms of placement and faculty?

I have more interest in physics and I scored intermediate PCM 96% but unfortunately, I could not pass JEE.

Talking about Placements, it almost move parallel, whether it is AKGEC or KIET irrespective of the branch specified. Now coming to faculty, I think AKGEC is better in that sector, as it has well qualified teachers and whose teaching usually attract attention of students. In additional, I just want to add that CSE provides you more exposure in contrast with IT in your respective department. So, I will suggest you to go with KIET CSE.
