Should I choose B.Tech mechanical engineering at IIITDM Jabalpur or at PESU Bengaluru (considering placements, faculty & ambience)?

I would suggest you PES-Bangalore, it also provides events such as: Maaya inGenius TEDxPESITBSC Activity Day Esperenza MCA Fest) Kludge Hackathon IEEE Event -KALPANA It is one of the best engineering colleges in Bangalore. IIIT-Jabalpur: Its manufacturing lab is fully equipped with automated machines mostly from Japan. Well, we also have two 3D printers. We have a dedicated fluids and heat transfer lab A small but rightly equipped vibrations lab Does it have good faculty? All of them are Ph.D holders from prestigious universities. Most of them have a research profile with 100s of citations. Almost, every department has ongoing projects with sanctions of 10s of lacs from various prestigious organisations. With the highest being around 95 lacs. Now comes the part which everyone is interested. Placements: If we talk about last year's placements, the percentage and packages are good but mostly IT companies with very less of core companies.
