Should I choose B.Tech mechanical engineering at IIITDM Jabalpur or at PESU Bengaluru (considering placements, faculty & ambience)?

Can you please guide me because I am quite confused and counselling is just a few days away.

    IEEE Event -KALPANA
    It is one of the best engineering colleges in Bangalore.
    IIIT-Jabalpur:
    Its manufacturing lab is fully equipped with automated machines mostly from Japan. Well, we also have two 3D printers. We have a dedicated fluids and heat transfer lab
