Should I choose core branches in lower NITs such as Agartala, Patna, Raipur, etc. or CS it in IIIT-Gwalior or Jabalpur?
I've got 48600 in JEE Main (general rank) and my category is OBC.

I think you should do CS IT from iiit Gwalior. But it also depends upon your convenience and interest. You can get insight of both and then take decision. Best of luck.
