Should I choose Electronics and Communication Engineeering in Model Engineering College, Kerala or Instrumentation and Control in Manipal?

I got admission for ICE in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal and I also have a seat in Govt Model Engineering College,Thrikkakara, for ECE.I would prefer Manipal Institute of Technology over Model Engineering college , but ECE over ICE. What should I do?
