B.Com is an academic degree. It gives an insight into the commerce. One can get a job too. But if your finances and circumstances are favourable, then go for an MBA after that. I can also suggest to you a university for doing an MBA, Lovely Professional University. The university is known for engineering and MBA programmes. The Lovely Professional University is ranked 37th in management institutes by NIRF ranking. Its ranked second in India by Times Higher Education Impact Ranking 2021 and Aspire magazine of India Today group has also ranked it among top universities of the future. Scholarship can be availed on more than 30 programmes,

The options after B Comm are :
    Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    Chartered Accountancy (CA)
    Company Secretary (CS)
    Master of Commerce (M.Com)
    Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
    Business Accounting and Taxation (BAT)
    Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
    US Certified Public Accounting (CPA)
However, MBA seems to be the natural choice after any commerce and management course.

It depends upon you. If you don't have any pressure of earning you can go for higher studies otherwise you can go for a job. Along with the job you can learn through various correspondence courses.
