Hi, As per my research, you should go for higher studies such as MBA or M.Com. But I suggest you go for an MBA programme for better career prospects. It will help you to grow in your career and also a higher position in any company. Now, in my opinion, you can join LPU for this programme which is best for my knowledge. The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. LPU is ranked No. 2 among Indian B-Schools in 'Outreach and Inclusiv

According to my research, you should pursue higher education, such as an MBA or M.Com. However, for greater employment possibilities, I recommend that you enroll in an MBA programme. Lovely Professional University is the largest single-campus university in India, with more than 30,000 students, and over 4000 faculty members and staff, offering more than 200 programmes. Talking about Lovely Professional University, I was a student of MBA here in LPU. I will summarize some of the key points of LPU:
    1) LPU is having industrial-oriented curriculum as per industry demand.
    2) International exposure - students from all over India plus Internat

Both decisions are okay. If you want to join MBA, better do a job for couple of years, understand the dynamics of Industry, then continue your MBA to enrich your career. Experienced people participate in class discussions better, do case analysis more effectively. But there are also good instances where fresh students with their fresh minds display very creative solutions to business challenges in the class room. I advice you to go for Higher studies or Job without any hesitation. I suggest you to go for MBA, to make your career with more progress. Join any reputed MBA institutions to add edge to your degree.
