Should I choose higher studies or job after B.Com?

Hi, As per my research, you should go for higher studies such as MBA or M.Com. But I suggest you go for an MBA programme for better career prospects. It will help you to grow in your career and also a higher position in any company. Now, in my opinion, you can join LPU for this programme which is best for my knowledge. Both decisions are okay. If you want to join MBA, better do a job for couple of years, understand the dynamics of Industry, then continue your MBA to enrich your career. Experienced people participate in class discussions better, do case analysis more effectively.
