Should I choose IEM for electronics in the 1st-round or wait for Heritage for CSE in 2nd-round of counselling?
My rank is 3599 which is the closing rank of IEM for electronics too in the 1st-round of counselling. Also, the closing rank of Heritage for CSE is 3548 for the 1st-round.

You must have to visit counselling center for documents verification in 1st round where you can choose upgrade option for CSE in Heritage if you put CSE from Heritage upper to the ECE from IEM.
