My suggestion is, first start preparation for UPSC exam during the graduation and appear for it when you are completing graduation. That will help you and guide you for your level of preparation. If you are not happy with UPSC result, then take management exam and take admission.
  • Hi,
From the aspect I see here, I would suggest you that if you are highly dedicated to UPSC, then you should not waste your time at all to start the preparation and applying for the UPSC. But, if you are having some second thoughts, then only you should go for your Masters. But, at the end you are the only one who has to decide what you really want to do.
