Should I continue in production field only or can I change the field like quality, maintenance, planning, etc?

I have completed my M.Tech in production tech and B.E in Mechanical engineering and I have 1 year job experience in production department. Will it affect on my earlier experience?

You have excellent qualifications in Production technology therefore, you are advised to work in same field for another few years to specialize and gain experience. In addition, learn SAP or other ERP in production control to advance our career.
