Should I continue with my studies or pursue a Diploma course?
I couldn't score good marks in class 11th.

Class 11th marks will not decide your whole life because most of the students score very bad marks in class 11 but in class 12, all the things will be right automatically if you want. In my friend list, some friends got 40% in class 11 and they scored 80%+ in class 12 and now they are in NIT – Durga

Yes, should continue with class 12th. It is good to study hard.

But my parents are brain washed by diploma teachers that it's too hard to get JEE Mains and IIT so I have to do this. I am stuck and my life is shaken up.
