Should I do a job after Diploma or should I do B.Tech?

Dear Prasanthi, I would say after Diploma, you should to do job for at least 6 months (not more than 1 year), and then start your B.Tech. This work experience will not just help you while getting admission in top college, but also gives you more preference while shortlisting in for Placement. Because, employer generally needs those students who do have qualifications along with good experience. And, the big advantage is that after doing Diploma, you can get lateral entry in 3rd year (or 2nd) of B.Tech, which gives you enough time for gaining industrial exposure.
