Should I do B.Tech after Diploma or after completing 11th and 12th? Which option has more value?

Both B.Tech after Diploma or after class 11th and 12th have equal value. There is no difference between the two but after diploma if you try for admission through lateral entry ten you may face problem because lateral entry has very few seats available. So, best option is to go for class 11th and 12th and then pursue B.Tech.
