Should I do B.Tech again? For faculty in IIT/NIT, do I need first class in B.Tech?
I have AMIE less than 60% marks after Diploma (74%), M.Tech (73%) and Ph.D since 2017.

Hi,
This is the minimum eligibility required to join. Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 50% marks.

To go for faculty in IIT/NIT, you can go for M.Tech. That will help you more. And score good marks in M.Tech. Good luck.
