Should I do B.Tech in AMIE, a job or regular B.Tech after doing engineering Diploma?

I think you should go for B.Tech as in today's competitive India, minimum qualification is a Bachelors degree. With the number of jobs decreasing and competition increasing, I think a B.Tech will help polish your skills and also, help you with your career path.
