Should I do B.Tech in electrical engineering or change my field? I am pursuing Diploma in electrical from GTU and have completed my 12th.

I have less knowledge about electrical field.

Hello Dear, As you are pursuing Diploma in electrical engineering, then you should continue your interest in B.Tech. Otherwise, your spent time will be waste as well as for any other stream you have to start from level zero. So, its better to save your energy, time and money by continuing the same.
