It depends the facilities offered by Tata are good and if you compare to that with ohm it's less and the name value of IHM is good, so you can go with IHM. -
You should be doing vocal in hotel management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences because B.Sc from IHM does not hold much importance then pursuing B.Sc from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Rest, it totally depends upon the interest that you have.
