Should I do BCA from top colleges of India or average college and then do MCA from top colleges.
My family members don't want me to go to metropolitan cities.

It will a better option in comparison to doing BCA from an average college because sometime recruiters look at both graduation and PG college to judge suitability of candidates. Also, good graduation college will help you to have a solid foundation on which you can build your IT career.

I would advise you to choose best University for both BCA and MCA on the basis of University ranking, placements, infrastructure, faculty members etc. Below are some of the best Private Universities for BCA & MCA:-
