Yes, if you can manage both of them perfectly then yes you can do as for example, many students while doing B.Com do CA. Its all about time management if you can manage your MB then yes you can do CA simultaneously.

It depends on your career interest. Basically, for CA people start preparing from class 11th onwards, as it is a really tough thing to do.
