Should I do CCNA (Switching & Routing), CCNA (Voice) & CCNP (Voice) or I can just do (Switching & Routing), CCNP (Voice) ?

I just completed my BCA and em pursuing CCNA (Switching & Routing). Is it necessary that i do CCNA (voice) after CCNA (S&R) to do CCNP(Voice) or i can just do CCNP (Voice) after CCNA (Switching & Routing). And please tell what will be the Salary package if i have all the 3 courses

Dear student, For doing CCNP voice first you need to complete CCNA voice. But normal route after CCNA(r & s) is CCNP(r & s). Salary package varies from sector to sector and that also depends on yr of experience. Doing all the certifications as mentioned may not be effective to influence your salary
