Should I do cyber security course during B.Tech or after B.Tech to make my career in cyber security?

If you want a career in cyber security so it will be good if you start studying it during the B.Tech. And if you are pursuing B.Tech in IT branch then you will be having some subjects related to security. Universities like Lovely Professional University, JNU, CV Raman etc are best for engineering.
