    Hi Bhagirathi, If you want to move ahead in the line of teaching, you can go for D.Ed and later B.Ed or B. El. Ed depending on what grade of students are you interested in teaching. Or otherwise, you can just pursue ITI which is a Diploma programme in technology based which you can later take admission in B.Tech via lateral entry. There's no comparison between the both, honestly. All the best.
