Do it in English medium, as some laws are only easy explained in English and it would be tough translating the whole thing in Hindi with the meaning of it changing. And, you can practice anywhere in India with English language.

You should do it in English as the courts in Delhi only allow English.

Regarding my personnel view I would like you to take English as a medium. Actually this entirely depends on you, this also depends on the place you want to practice. I have not seen a single lawyer who practices in high court and above plead their cases in Hindi so if you really look forward to work in high court or above then you should take English as a medium or else it will be good enough in Hindi to practice in session court.
