    Yes, it is always better to pursue MBA from a reputed B-school as it will lead to better placements and an overall enhanced learning experience (which one won't get in an average or below-average B-school). If you really think you can clear an entrance exam and get into a reputed, top-ranked college, then there is no need at all to quit your studies and look for a job. After all, MBA is an investment of not just two precious years of your life, but also huge amount of hard-earned money (generally in lakhs). Hence, always try to pursue MBA only from a good college else it doesn't have any value as such.
