Should I do MBA through HR/Finance. I have done BBA and currently working with bank since three years at deputy manager grade in sales.

    Yes, you can do MBA in HR or Finance, but decide on any one. HR would be considered as a career shift, and finance might be something you are familiar with, in your career. It's all up to you.
