Should I do MBA to build my career in banking or directly join a coaching institute for the preparation?

Both are given equal importance but if you want, you can pursue MBA and then make your career in the banking field because after MBA you will get higher post than others who are directly preparing for banking and if you are going directly and you want to choose the other preparation method then it is also good, it will give you better career prospects.
