Dear Arpan,
Its all about your interest. If you want to continue in the technical field you can take up MCA. If you want to do MBA please take MBA (IT) as it boost your profile. Have a wonderful career. Wish you all the very best.

i m passed inter from science with 50%marks in 2008 and i m not decide our carear .if i join b.sc it after than i can do b.ed .

Dear Arpan,
as u r a bca, it is advisable to go for mca in order to gain full proficiency, skills and knowledge in your area of specilisation. in mba, you will get only one semester for ur specialisation and rest will be related to management studies.
