Hi Neerav,
Yes, you can but you are advised to check in nearby places like Spain as well like IE, IESE, etc. SDA Bocconi is the only world ranked business school in Italy, if you get through SDA Bocconi you are good to go. MBA Finance is a very good specialization. Finance is an evergreen sector a
