Should I do part time MBA or regular MBA? I have 1 year of work experience and I want to pursue MBA in HR.

    Hi,
    By Diploma if you meant to say Post graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) then you are wrong. PGDM got more value than MBA. Still if you don't want to do it, then try for full time/regular MBA from good universities. Don't go for part time with only 1 years of experience. It won't help you much. Good colleges providing HR are:
    1) TISS, Mumbai
    2) MHRM, Kharagpur
    3) XLRI

    Hi,
    Since, you have one year experience I suggest you opt for regular MBA. If you want to opt for part-time MBA, you can work for few more years and then do part time MBA.
