Should I do some course or should I look for better opportunities in the field of marketing or in administration?
I am working in Bangalore as an export manager now. I want to take my career ahead. I prefer to work in India. I have worked for 20 years in Africa in five different countries with last 10 years as head of the country.

Take up additional course in the respective field. It will add as a bonus to your resume and you will get a better position and a better pay.
