@navkiran career option is not depends upon country or locality it depends upon ur area of interest .both courses are gud but i will advice u to go for web designing because nowadays web markets increases alarmingly and it will provide u good future.u can also become freelancer or can do ur own web hosting and developing business.
hardware and networking is also good but in web designing ur programming skill also improve u can learn hardware networking part time .
