Should I drop 1 year for preparation or should I take admission according to my current UPTU ranking (low)?

If you are getting a good college which has awesome placement record and provides numerous opportunities then it's better not to take drop and start the course. But if you ain't able to get a good college then I suggest you to go for drop and prepare well for next exam. -
