Should i drop a year and appear for cet again or should i continue with bds in a private college?

I got 263 in neet ug. I want to do mbbs or bds. I got 150 in asso cet and got into bds in a private college. But, i have heard that private colleges are not good as you don't get many patients for practicing. So, should i drop a year and repeat again and get into some good govt college?

Yes as you havescored263,you can score more provided you have the zeal to do so.As far as private collegesare concerned they arevery expensiveand getting into those colleges is not a big deal.so i would suggest you to drop 1 year,prepare well and appear next year.my sister did the same thing and has
