Should I drop a year for the preparation of JEE Mains exam or pursue BCA+MCA?

I have appeared for class 12th board exams this year but I don't expect to score good marks.

Some of NITs, IIITs, and other colleges which use JEE Mains score are equally good option for doing B.Tech. Some of Private Universities BITS Pilani, BIT, Manipal, VIT, SRM, Thapar University, etc. are good options too.
