Should I drop a year or take admission in SGSITS?

I have scored 130 marks in JEE Mains and 130 marks in JEE Advanced.

If you are willing to work hard for the next year and are sure that you could get through JEE Advanced, you may take a drop. But SGSITS is not a bad option either.

You have good marks in JEE advance and hope that you can make it. Although you seem intelligent and the branch you'll get in GSITS doesn't seem to push your potential, I suggest you to take a drop. Also, try to know yourself, how much load you can resist easily. Either focus on Mains, or Advanced or

I think you have got the potential. If you are scoring 130 marks in advance in first attempt so dropping is not a bad option but if you want to have a back up plan, then you can take admission in a good college and can prepare for your paper.
