    Do not drop an year. you got very good percentage. at this percentage you will definitely get admission in some good university even with scholarship. and you can give JEE once again next year, and in case you couldnt able to clear that again in 2016 then move to second year. also the syllabus which will be covered in 1st year of b.tech is a part of the JEE.
    Take admission in some top university.As you have mentioned amity, noida, LPU, CU,JP. I would recommend you that visit the campus of all these ar least once from there you will come to know about most of the things. CU is a new university which came into existence only last year the
