You shouldn't decide whether to drop or not on the basis of your board percentage, PLEASE. Dropping a whole one year is not that easy. Go for it if you are really serious about it. You can drop if you have confidence in your self that you would be able to bear the pressure once more, be sure of it that after half of the year has passed you won't feel like just running away from your studies.
