Should I fill JEE Mains counselling form? I've got 27 in JEE (ST).

I have got 58% in 12th class.

You should fill the counselling form. You might get a seat.

It is a waste of time to fill JEE Main counselling form. I suggest you to go for private universities or some other colleges such as UPTU colleges.

Yes, you should. You cannot predict what will happen in future. Sometimes in special round of counseling, people manage to get good colleges. Don't give up so easily. Fill the form. Participate in every round. Fill the choice correctly.
