Should I fill my JEE Mains and BITSAT application form as a general category candidate or as an OBC category candidate?
I took my class 10th exam as a general category candidate.

ya it may create problem but if your 12th form is in obc then there will be no problem as during counciling they refer for +2marksheet -
if you have documents for obc then of course obc. (original copy) . it matters during admission.
