Should I focus on IPM preparation or class 12th boards?

I am planning to take IPMAT 2019. I tried to manage IPM and board exams preparation simultaneously, but this is affecting my academic performance.

If you are pursuing 12th, then give your 100% attention to 12th only. Your 12th marks will not only help you in interviews and placements but will also help you in getting a good college later like PGDM etc. 12th syllabus is basis for many more exams there are that you can give. So if you prepare your 12th properly all exams will be easy to prepare for too. What you can do is stay updated with General Knowledge and keep solving practice sets of IPM once in a while. That will build your foundation along with improving your 12th result.
