Should I get a job after completing BBA or pursue MBA after completing BBA?

    You should pursue MBA after doing BBA. It is a good course with good job opportunities.

    Some companies such as private banks, retails, etc. offers graduate management programs for students. After BBA, you can go for it. They also offer MBA under their management programs. Similarly, some government companies through bank PO or SSC offer same programs. As a fresher, you can pursue MBA.

    With BBA, you will get only supervisory roles. If you get a job in a mid to large size company which gives you managerial role, then it will be worth gaining experience before MBA. Else, you go for MBA directly.
