Should I get a job or pursue a Bachelor's degree course after completing Diploma in EEE?
I cannot pursue B.Tech as I have a weak financial background.

There are many Colleges which has very low fee and provide lateral entry admission. I will suggest you to join HNBGU, Uttarakhand. It is a Central University and fee is 11000 per semester. You will complete your whole b tech just by paying INR 66000. It takes its own entrance exam for lateral entry.
