Should I go abroad for PG and join a law firm as I am a law student, or try to become an IAS in India?

I would suggest you to prepare for PCS J (targetiing 2-3 states of same J exam pattern).
PCS J would be best as with least competition.
Along with the preperation you can practise or pursue LL.M.
