  • Hi Mohit,
The eligibility criteria to pursue any of the course is 12th passout. Now, Diploma is 1 year and Degree 3 Years programme. Degree due to more time is better for freshers, wherein the students go for Industrial Training in 2nd Year and On the Job Training in 3rd Year, giving them practical exposure. Where Diploma is more helpful for the people who are already in Hospitality Industry or has experience in the same field and require Diploma for education upgrade. Hi,
A Diploma will teach you the basics about the hotel industry. A degree will give you knowledge about all the departments of the hotel industry. It will also help you to develop management skills, which will help you in your career.
