    If you are satisfied with your job environment and salary then go for job otherwise go for further study. And you can do also mba with having 2 to 4 years job experience. the choice is yours.

    First you should trying for a job and if you got it then you can do mba via distance mood with job

    You will find it difficult to get job in campus placement because your acedmic results may not be good. I suggest you go for MBA. If you put efforts during MBA, you will able to cover loss of 2 years and gaps in acedmic performance during engineering .

    If you are getting a good profile and high package then go for job . Otherwise go for MBA .
