Should I go for a PG Diploma in clinical research after pursuing B.Sc biotechnology degree?

I think there are plenty of opportunities to go after that most students/faculty oversee. Most faculty in biotechnology think that, the next steps after an undergraduate degree is to go for Ph.D/M.Sc. I strongly disagree with this.
