Should I go for B.Tech (CSE) leaving B.Sc honors in CS and lose 1 year?

I'm doing B.Sc honors In computer science and it's my 1st year.

Yes, you can go as you will have much better career options after B.Tech (CSE).

Obviously, since you are doing B.Sc in CS you won't have much opportunity in other Masters fields that a B.Sc. Physics or Chemistry or mathematics or Statistics student may avail, the road and options ahead of you is same as the plenty of CSE and IT engineers in case of India. Hope it helps.

Which is better. B.Sc in computer Science or B.Tech in computer Science. B.Sc Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while B.Tech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. B.Sc. CS will teach you about computer application but won't focus much on coding.

Dear friend according to my views and personal experience, you should not leave B.Sc Hons in CS because, it has good subject, where you will get good scopes. So, continue your line, and you can go in teaching line.
