Should I go for bank exams after completing B.Com or pursue MBA first and then go for banking?

If you targeting a job in Public Sector Banks then you can appear for PO and clerical recruitment examinations after B.Com. But if you are targeting Private Banks, MBA is a preferable option. For long term career growth, searching job after MBA is a good option.

Hi, No, there is no need of post-graduation to qualify bank exam, but yes, if you want to increase your qualifications then opt MBA. All the best!
